Bucking the trend we strongly believe that directly employed people are critical to our quality and service policy. The majority of our workforce are long standing employees with considerable experience of our industry. Our achievement in attaining platinum standard within the Construction Skills Certificate Scheme is testimony to our abilities.

Medlock operate an annual apprentice scheme and genuinely believe this to be critical to local employment and the future success of the company, this strategy can be demonstrated as some of our existing site managers came through the early apprentice schemes many, many years ago!!

We are also very proud of one of our apprentices who were recently awarded the South East Lancashire Apprentice of the year title.

This area of training, support and development will continue to be core to our strategy.
